Job Description

**Job Title:** Mobile Engineer - Electrical or Mechanical

**Company:** CBW Staffing Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in commercial buildings in West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacements
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Carry out AHU/FCU maintenance, including filter changes and cleaning
  • Work on control panels and electrical systems
  • Replace ballasts and maintain electrical systems
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Perform all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance, including plumbing and HVAC
  • Update and maintain log books and records

Requirements:

  • Electrically or mechanically qualified, with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 certification
  • Hold a valid 18th Edition certification (if electrical)
  • Provide copies of trade certificates and qualifications
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled and able to work on a variety of systems
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
