About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team at Intelix as the Head of Data Management. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in ensuring that data is not only accurate and timely but also leveraged to its fullest extent to support business operations and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Dataflows: Streamline and enhance data processes to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive Actionable Insights: Transform raw data into valuable insights that empower strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Uphold rigorous standards to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across Systems of Record.
What You Bring
  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in managing global Data Management teams within complex organizational structures.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of Asset Management and investment data, coupled with knowledge of regulatory requirements and emerging trends in the data management landscape.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior business stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive consensus and action.
Requirements
  • Defining data standards, improving processes, and policies to enhance data quality and effectiveness.
  • Experience with data architectures such as data warehouses, data lakes, etc.
  • Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Utilization of data visualization tools to improve enterprise reporting capabilities.
  • Project experience in system developments, enhancements, or implementations.
  • Expertise in Finbourne or similar investment data management platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment data lifecycle and best practices.
