Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Test Engineer to join our Centre of Excellence for design and development in Cranfield. As an integral part of our Electrical & Electronic (EE) Test team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of infotainment systems, contributing directly to our company's success in the competitive automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate vehicle function, performance, reliability, and regulation of infotainment and display systems against company and regulatory standards.
  • Lead test planning, including change impact analysis and resource management.
  • Support field investigations and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in automotive electrical and electronic system development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infotainment systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical and electronic systems.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of electrical theory and electronic devices.
  • Proficiency with CANalyzer, CANape software, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with digital oscilloscopes and basic electrical test equipment.
  • Experience in automotive electrical and electronic system development.
