Job Overview: Fyba Talent is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the construction of two in-situ concrete settlement tanks, installation of below-ground pipework, ducts/drawpits, pump slabs, and manhole chambers within the water industry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and drive the performance of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Autonomous Supervision: Work independently, interpreting construction drawings, and providing direction to contracting teams.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including subcontractors and project management teams.
  • Technical Facilitation: Assist in the facilitation of contracting teams, ensuring that all project requirements are met.
  • IT Proficiency: Utilize relevant IT tools to manage and track project progress.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid

Skills:

  • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple subcontractors.
  • Adequate IT skills for managing project documentation and communications.
