  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing, and refreshing linen and towels.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and tidy our public areas, including reception, corridors, and common rooms, to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Supply Restocking: Restock guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests where required, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance deficiencies to the housekeeping manager, ensuring prompt attention to any issues.
