About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Business Partner to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead all financial planning and analysis activities, providing support and challenge to budget holders and highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and their teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide commercial support to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are achieved.
  • Review and influence product lifecycles to drive future portfolio growth.
  • Own month-end and Board reporting for areas of responsibility.
  • Assist in the development of new management information reporting, systems, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA Accountant with a background in a fast-paced and dynamic business.
  • Commercially astute with a strong desire to interpret numbers into meaningful insights and communicate effectively to the business.
  • Naturally inquisitive and confident to challenge accepted assumptions and processes.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills to support senior stakeholders in making decisions.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and strategic with a sound understanding of financial modelling and analytical techniques.
