Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Production Excellence: Oversee production goals, ensuring we meet our quality, cost, and delivery targets. Manage shift handovers and ensure continuity.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with other departments such as planning, sales, accounts, and HR to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop Your Team: Oversee training, development, and succession planning for your team. Foster a strong team spirit and ensure we meet our production goals with the highest quality standards.
