Regional Sales Manager - South East

Timloc Building Products is a leading manufacturer of sustainable building products, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and expansion in the South East region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that targets builders and roofing merchants, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • Home-based role covering the South East region
  • Directly responsible for the effective day-to-day management and sales development of builders and roofing merchant customers
  • Accountable for developing and implementing a regional business plan targeting merchants in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Ensure consistent and first-class standards of operation, including call plans, CRM reporting, quotes, and pricing
  • Continually review sales data to support commercial activity and identify customer and product opportunities within the merchant sector
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop effective and mutually beneficial relationships with groundworkers, brickwork contractors, roofing contractors, and dry lining contractors
  • Identify and develop effective and mutually beneficial relationships with Developers at both local and regional levels
  • Offer product training to merchant teams, in branch or via Teams
Requirements
  • Significant experience of working in a Builders Merchants or similar external sales role selling building products to merchants
  • Negotiation and account management skills
  • Good understanding of the general builder/roofing merchant sector and associated product knowledge
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office and Google Maps
