About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Actuary to join our Risk Capital team at HFG Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical advice and support in relation to quantitative risk and capital assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor risk limits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct validation exercises for each risk type and support model change applications.
  • Perform stress and scenario testing to identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the Group Risk team to develop and maintain the capital model.
  • Work with the regulator to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in market-wide exercises.
Requirements

We are looking for a nearly or newly qualified actuary with general insurance experience who is looking for the next step in their career. If you have a strong understanding of risk management and actuarial principles, and are passionate about working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
