EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employers Agent to join its major projects team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale residential projects, with a focus on regeneration and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project managing and delivering large-scale residential projects, including mixed-use and regeneration schemes
  • Understanding and implementing project modeling and financial viability principles
  • Business development through repeat business and new clients, with a focus on public sector bodies and private sector clients
  • Managing the full project life cycle, including knowledge of CDM, procurement routes, and construction contracts

Requirements:

  • Residential experience on behalf of public sector bodies, with a focus on mixed-use and regeneration developments
