About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Multi-drop Van Driver/Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Travis Perkins. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers in branch and on-site, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Drive our transit and flatbed vehicles (up to 3.5ton) to carry out multi-drop deliveries, ensuring products are delivered safely and on time.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety of colleagues and customers.
  • Work a Monday to Friday schedule, with every other Saturday, between 07:30 and 17:00, offering a great work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum Cat B licence (up to 3.5ton) for at least 12 months.
  • Have experience in customer service and a strong work ethic.
  • Be physically fit and able to lift and move products as required.
