We're seeking a dedicated and passionate QTS Tutor to provide 1:1 educational support for students in Basildon who require tailored learning experiences.

The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you'll work in partnership with local councils and SEND teams to deliver vital educational support to young people who need it most. This role offers a unique chance to step away from traditional classroom environments and create engaging, personalized lessons for students who may be struggling with confidence, SEN needs, or have been disengaged from education.

Position Details

Location: Basildon
Position: 1:1 Tutor
Hours: Flexible hours from 10 to 30 per week
Pay: £25-30 per hour
Duration: Ongoing

What You Bring
  • Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils
  • UK classroom teaching experience
  • A creative, patient, and flexible approach to teaching
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Two professional child-related references
