About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Fraser Carver Executive Search Ltd. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our software solutions, working closely with our team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C# and.Net technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in C#/.Net development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Proven experience with Azure services, including storage, compute, and networking.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
