We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service. You will work closely with our team to achieve our brand standards, ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and wanting to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate portion control and quality of food products.
  • Monitor food levels within the kitchen and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work safely and conscientiously to Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Adhere to our uniform policy and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and storage tasks, including pot wash and maintaining a 'clean as you go' attitude.
  • Complete daily paperwork in line with our standards.
Requirements
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with other team members.
  • Ability to follow our cleaning and storage standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
