As a key member of our Product and Technology organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring seamless alignment across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technology alignment across the organisation, fostering a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive target state architecture, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Establish a robust architecture assurance model, enhancing decision-making speed and quality.
  • Oversee technology portfolio health indicators, driving continuous improvement through research and analysis.
  • Foster a collaborative architecture community, leading hands-on involvement in key initiatives and ensuring technology transformation.
Requirements
  • Expertise in technology compliance and regulatory requirements, with a broad technical acumen spanning the full technology stack.
  • Demonstrated resilience, commitment to high standards, and extensive experience in enterprise-level architecture and design.
  • Adept problem-solving skills and an understanding of trade-offs in systems delivery and operations.
