About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes.

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers. You will be a good communicator with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and the passion to repair our customers' appliances first time.

You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity and have up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

What You Will Receive

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, for a 40-hour week. You will also receive an uncapped bonus scheme, OTE of up to £50,000 per annum, and a range of benefits including a company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE.
