Position Overview: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join a dedicated health charity as an Education Guidelines Officer. This role is designed for a full-time commitment and offers a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate and support the guidelines Task Forces and working groups, ensuring efficient administration of meetings.
  2. Assist in the preparation of educational committee materials in collaboration with the Senior Education Officer utilizing SharePoint.
  3. Organize virtual events, coordinating with speakers, managing registrations, and overseeing the recording process.
  4. Provide administrative support for various events as required by the Senior Education Officer.
  5. Maintain and update the membership roster for guidelines task forces and education data on SharePoint.
  6. Manage records related to guidelines and education initiatives.
  7. Update and maintain spreadsheets for signed Declaration of Interest forms and SharePoint data.
  8. Collaborate with Task Force chairs to designate representatives for appraisals and keep an accurate list of appraisals.
  9. Oversee email distribution lists and ensure the guidelines database is current.
  10. Assist the Senior Guidelines Officer and Senior Education Officer in keeping website information updated, including Task Force membership, publication dates, events, and other relevant content.
  11. Support the maintenance and updating of audit templates and associated data.
  12. Help the Senior Guidelines Officer to integrate audio and written commentaries into guidelines and best practice documents on the website.
  13. Contribute to summary reports, uploads, and statistical analysis as needed.
  14. Collaborate with volunteers to ensure educational courses meet learner outcomes.
  15. Support the design, implementation, and assessment of online educational programs and resources in partnership with the Senior Education Officer and relevant teams.
