Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Retail Sales and Repairs Executive to join our small dedicated in-store team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our company brand locally by delivering multiple sales activities, including reaching out to previous and existing customers to promote and sell products and services.

• Generate gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity, including outbound calling to existing customers.
• Diagnose and fix faults on phones and tablets, replacing parts, testing, and reassembling phones as necessary.
• Contribute to the store's success by bringing to life our ethos of sales and customer advice, providing first-class service.
• Ensure compliance standards are always met.
• Participate in training and keep up to date with all products, services, and promotions.
• Engage with customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure existing and prospective customers feel welcome.

• Passionate about technology and the latest mobile handsets.
• Excellent customer service history with a variety of customers.
• Confident and able to build rapport quickly, understanding customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working alone and as part of a team, achieving targets and key performance indicators.

• Experience working in a fast-paced proactive sales environment or outbound sales environment.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
