Job Description

We are seeking a talented Part Two Architectural Assistant to join our client's team in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will have sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification and will be confident working through all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of design drawings and applications
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects
  • Prepare and present design reviews and applications
  • Utilize industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe, and Photoshop

Requirements

  • Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software
