Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and label paper stocks as required.
  • Understand sizes and grammages of paper stocks.
  • Monitor work in progress lists for print and bindery.
  • Record types of consumables used.
  • Navigate Tharstern/DHL/DPD/TPN/DX and other systems used in dispatch.
  • Produce daily despatch lists.
  • Communicate with Production Team and CSE team.
  • Book transport as per customer requirements.
  • Book and manage same-day logistics.
  • Read and follow job bag instructions for deliveries and requirements.
  • Deliver cost-effectively, considering multiple jobs to the same location.
  • Book deliveries with 3rd parties - direct mail depots.
  • Produce commercial invoices, declarations, and custom terms for overseas goods.
  • Understand DDP and DAP.
  • Understand PO and size of delivery.
  • Produce labels from supplied Excel spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with outworkers on delivery of outwork and collection of outwork.
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift License with relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of word and excel.
  • Ability to work within a small team and work independently.
  • Flexibility and clear communication skills.
