What We Offer:

As a Building Surveyor at CV-Library, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing projects from start to finish. Your expertise in project management, contract administration, and building survey will be essential in delivering high-quality results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead refurbishment projects with budgets ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000
  2. Manage traditional and D&B new build and refurbishment projects
  3. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management
  4. Administer contracts and prepare tender packages
  5. Conduct a variety of building surveys to ensure compliance with building regulations

Requirements:

  1. Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  2. Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably in a private consultancy
  3. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes
  4. Excellent project management and communication skills
