  • Process Enhancement:
  • Streamline and automate processes related to XVA.
  • Create tools to enhance risk monitoring and reporting capabilities.

  • Qualifications and Skills
  • 10-15 years of experience in derivatives trading and XVA oversight.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a substantial XVA portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-asset derivatives, risk management instruments, and programming languages such as Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Professional certifications like CFA are highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
