We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our High Risk department at Cranswick Country Foods PLC. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product traceability is maintained at all times, adhering to strict quality control protocols.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks to guarantee machine speed is set up correctly and there is no visual damage to the equipment.
  • Ensure the lines are serviced with the required specification product, meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Verify that product size reduction and packaging meet the correct specifications, including orientation, product size, and packaging used.
  • Assist in the delivery of training to both new and established team members, adhering to production, food safety, and technical protocols.
  • Ensure the company's hygiene policies are upheld and maintained at all times, promoting a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure correct storage of products in the area, adhering to storage protocols.
  • Record and report KPIs and technical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate any issues to the manager promptly, ensuring a smooth operation of the production lines.
  • Allocate operatives to workstations efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.

    Shift Details:

    The shift is from 5am to 5pm, with 4 days on and 4 days off, providing a stable and predictable work schedule.
