Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Management Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing management information, month-end accounting, and assisting with the preparation of cash flow forecasts and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of management information
- Month-end accounting, including posting journals, P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of cash flow forecasts and budgets
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Providing support to tax advisers for corporation tax returns
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts
- Managing and/or supporting audit processes for Group Companies
- Identifying and delivering process improvements and introductions of control where necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience is essential
- Ideal AAT qualified or similar
- Experience of working with a group of companies advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
