Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales and profitability by executing assigned tasks that contribute to the ongoing development of the store and the team, while ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience for customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of all hot and cold food items for customers.
- Overseeing the ovens during the cooking of hot food products.
- Exhibiting a thorough understanding of menu offerings and accurately explaining options to customers.
- Carefully wrapping and presenting food according to customer specifications.
- Replenishing sandwiches to ensure a consistent supply throughout operational hours.
- Utilizing the till to process orders, handle payments, and provide correct change as necessary.
- Understanding and adhering to all operational processes, policies, and procedures.
- Complying with all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards when storing, preparing, serving food, and cleaning the department.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous experience in a similar position and/or industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of health and food safety regulations in a food service environment.
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas for delivering outstanding customer service and advancing the business.
