We are seeking experienced educators to join our team as LAC Outreach Tutors, working with Local Authorities in Essex to provide 1:1 tuition for young people.

• Deliver bespoke tuition sessions tailored to the learning levels, needs, and interests of individual learners.
• Build rapport with students and create a safe, judgment-free zone for learning.
• Work with students who require support with SEN and SEMH needs.
• Collaborate with Local Authorities to identify and meet the needs of young people.

• Experience teaching at a Key Stage 3 level, particularly in core subjects: English, Maths, and Science.
• Confidence in creating resources and delivering sessions to individual learners.
• Ability to work in a variety of settings, including learners' homes, care homes, or external local venues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
