Position Overview: Are you an experienced Support Worker eager to advance your career by providing impactful assistance to our dedicated teams?

At Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative, we specialize in delivering support services across Wales. We are currently in search of an Assistant Service Manager to enhance our committed workforce.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will work closely with the Service Manager to supervise and support the team, ensuring tailored assistance to individuals while liaising with families, authorities, and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile: The ideal applicant will possess a background in aiding adults with learning disabilities and hold a QCF Level 2 qualification. Exceptional communication abilities, adaptability, and a sincere dedication to providing high-quality support are crucial.
