Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based nutritional assessments and counseling to patients with diverse medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized meal plans tailored to specific dietary needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols related to nutrition.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in dietetics.
Essential Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian qualification recognized by the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills and experience in providing nutritional care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Membership with the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
  • Experience in working within an NHS setting.
