As a Sales Assistant – Customer Advisor with Outdoor and Cycle Concepts, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in achieving their outdoor pursuits. You will be working alongside a talented team of like-minded individuals who share your enthusiasm for the great outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, including outdoor gear, clothing, and accessories.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to showcase our products in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10 per hour (£9.81 for under 21's).
  • A bonus scheme of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked).
