About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Evolve. As a Clinical Expert, you will be responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans and building strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare providers
  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist with at least 1 year of post-registration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
