Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years professional to join our Services for Young Children (SfYC) Early Years Advisory Team as an Advisory Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise and passion for improving outcomes for young children to make a positive impact across Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support schools and settings in implementing the SfYC Strategic Plan to improve outcomes for children.
  • Build trusting professional relationships with colleagues and partners across educational settings and within Hampshire County Council.
  • Deliver high-quality experiences for young children through collaborative working and expertise sharing.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified teacher (QTS) with current experience and/or knowledge of working within the maintained, private, voluntary, and independent sectors, and across the birth to five years age range. You must have an excellent knowledge and understanding of Early Years and a passion for inclusive practice.

Travel and Working Arrangements

This role will involve travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
