Location: Leeds, Leeds International Study Centre

Salary: Up to £33.57 per hour

As a key member of our academic team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful implementation of educational programs aligned with our institutional strategy and commitment to providing an exceptional student experience. Your role will also involve direct engagement in student support and the advancement of innovative teaching methodologies throughout the Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the academic coordinator for assigned module(s) in the capacity of module leader. Engage in regular collaborative meetings with teaching and support personnel to enhance the overall management of programs and the student lifecycle. Contribute to the design, execution, and enhancement of modules offered by the Centre. Participate in the delivery and evaluation of educational offerings. Prepare assessments, including module examinations, and provide constructive feedback to students. Maintain and update the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Collaborate with the Student & Academic Services team to facilitate induction, orientation, and registration initiatives. Work alongside the Progression, Welfare, and Support team to assist students in achieving their academic goals. CANDIDATE PROFILE A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A Master's degree is preferred. Candidates with a PhD are particularly encouraged to apply. Proven experience in teaching within UK higher or further education, ideally with a teaching qualification and experience working with international students. ABOUT STUDY GROUP
