The GHRA is expected to navigate the intricate relationships and dependencies among scientific fields that are fundamental to Gowan's selection, development, and registration of crop protection products. Establishing and maintaining robust connections with regulatory bodies in key regions such as the US EPA, the European Union, and Latin America is essential. Additionally, the GHRA must align with Gowan's commercial objectives and guide teams to foster opportunities within scientific and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Global Product Science Leads and Regulatory Managers, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and global market trends.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of databases that support Gowan's global product portfolio.
  • Facilitate the scientific components of corporate strategies and collaborate with R&D teams on a global scale.
  • Engage with supply chain, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to evaluate needs and adapt product supply strategies accordingly.
  • Articulate regulatory strategies and positions in various settings, including interactions with Asset Teams and Business Development.

Qualifications Required:

  • Significant experience in regulatory affairs, particularly with a focus on global strategy within the pesticide sector.
