About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Leader to join our senior nursing team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and promoting trust values to ensure high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the nursing team and contribute to the development of quality, patient experience, and patient safety agendas.
  • Work in partnership with the Ward Manager, Matron, and Head of Nursing to promote trust values and improve quality methodology and Clinical Governance.
  • Attend ward meetings and ensure that information is shared with the wider team.
