About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Animal Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the welfare and well-being of our animals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and monitor closely the welfare of the animals, ensuring their needs are met and their environment is clean and safe.
• Carry out cleaning and disinfection procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with feeding and caring for the animals, including preparing and serving food and water.
• Participate in weaning procedures and assist with the care of young animals.
• Pack and prepare orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the maintenance of an efficient Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform other duties as deemed reasonable by management.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures, with a focus on quality and safety.

• Have the ability to work under strict hygiene conditions, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
