Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries, and provide an "above and beyond" experience for your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of crew members and ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries.
  • Provide an "above and beyond" experience for your team.
  • Ensure that every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience.
  • Deal with complaints promptly and in an open and honest way.
  • Ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management.
  • Lead from the front and be hands-on most of the time, working on the line and dining room.
