Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious chemist to join our team as a Synthetic Organic Chemist. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and optimizing routes to complex/novel structures
- Executing these routes to produce high-quality final products
- Developing ideas and scouting routes in parallel to the same compounds
- Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and deliver results
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High proficiency in organic synthesis
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage projects and take initiative in your work
- Experience in complex target synthesis (desirable)
