About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Process Expert to join our Category Management team at Wienerberger. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and launching new products to the market, managing product lifecycle, and setting overarching marketing and pricing strategies for our products, services, and solutions.

As a Category Process Expert, you will be responsible for supporting process improvements, promoting best practice, and driving efficiency through automation and standardisation of key Category activities. You will provide subject matter expertise on all things Category process, systems, and tools, and work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure product data is accurate and up-to-date across all company databases
  • Roll out system updates and improvements
  • Manage information sharing touchpoints such as dedicated inboxes
  • Process definition, monitoring, and continuous improvements
  • Support Product Managers with the creation of key documentation
  • Manage department purchase orders, invoice queries, and patent records
  • Support the Category Process Manager in driving key strategic projects
About You

You will have a genuine interest in supporting and driving change, and be comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, including senior members of our organisation.
