The Role: Trade Counter Assistant / Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Assistant/Driver. This role combines the responsibilities of providing exceptional customer service at our trade counter with delivering products to customers using company vehicles.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of uPVC products, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their needs.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and load orders for delivery, ensuring safe and timely transportation to customer sites.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to the smooth operation of the branch.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide exceptional service to our customers.
