About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Project Architect to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing and coordinating our design team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects and will be responsible for leading the design team from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design team in delivering high-end residential and heritage sector projects
  • Coordinate the design team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate the production of high-quality architectural drawings and documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including interior design and landscape design, to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction information and contract administration
Requirements
  • ARB recognised Part 3 qualification in Architecture
  • At least 8+ years of experience in UK practice, preferably in high-end residential or heritage sectors
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional architectural design skills
  • Strong planning, sustainable design and UK building regulation knowledge
