Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform gas service and repair work to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Work independently, managing your own diary and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Provide energy efficiency advice to customers, increasing earning potential and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid in-date driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Be Gas Safe registered and ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1.
  • Have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide LTD company documents prior to setup.
  • Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards, while offering excellent customer service.
