We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in driving sales for a new residential development in East London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to set and manage their own rota.

About the Role

  • Manage a team of sales consultants and play a key role in driving sales for a new development of 178 modern apartments and penthouses.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales consultants to improve their performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to set and manage their own rota.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
