PRESTIGIOUS GLOBAL FIRM SEEKING CORPORATE LEGAL ADVISORS AND SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and negotiating agreements related to share and asset transactions, including purchase and sale contracts, shareholder agreements, and related documentation;
  • Overseeing and finalizing both sell-side and buy-side transactions;
  • Providing guidance on corporate and commercial legal matters;
  • Drafting documents necessary for internal corporate restructuring;
  • Reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts;
  • Participating in networking and promotional events as needed;
  • Handling additional tasks as required within the corporate legal team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in corporate transactions;
  • Expertise in company law;
