Work Environment

Our facility provides a comprehensive supported living service, ensuring accessibility to public transport and a vibrant community. You will engage with six unique individuals, each with their own distinct personalities and needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve empowering the individuals we support to live life to the fullest. This encompasses a variety of community engagement activities, fostering daily living skills, assisting with medication management, and guiding them in managing their personal finances.

Flexible Working Arrangements

Given that this is a 24-hour service, we strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences whenever feasible. We value a healthy work-life balance and expect team members to participate in weekend and evening shifts. Our scheduling system is designed to provide clarity, with rosters published eight weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal commitments effectively.
