Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Host to join our team at Miller & Carter. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for greeting and serving guests, taking orders, and ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take orders and ensure that guests receive their food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Manage tables and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure that guests receive excellent service.
- Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue.
