Account Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Employment Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Collaborate with the project team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and engineering projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Attend meetings and presentations to showcase products and services to customers and prospects.
- Travel to customers and prospects to build relationships and close deals.
- A competitive salary up to £60,000.
- A comprehensive commission scheme with OTE £100,000+.
- 25 days' holiday + Bank holidays (increasing with tenure).
- A 34-hour work week.
