The Role

As a General Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation of our centre, which includes:

  • Creating a culture of excellent customer service
  • Driving business growth through local promotions and central product delivery
  • Developing an annual business plan with the Regional Manager, focusing on growth and financial targets
  • Creating a professional environment with training, appraisals, fair management, and support team operations and strategy execution

Requirements

For this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, leading and developing large teams
  • Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance
  • Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
  • Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
