About the Role

We are seeking an experienced quantitative C++ developer to join our team working on our flagship financial modeling platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing high-performance real-time analytics code in C++20
  • Collaborating with traders, modellers, and other engineers to develop pricing algorithms for a dynamic market
  • Constructing and maintaining test data for regression testing and back-casting of algorithms
  • Providing support and assistance in troubleshooting issues
  • Continuously improving and optimizing existing models and algorithms
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance and technology
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in C++ programming, including modern C++. You should have experience with financial markets and quantitative finance, particularly in fixed income products, such as bond pricing and yield curve construction. Additionally, you should have experience with mathematical modeling, numerical methods, and algorithm development, as well as associated tooling. You should also possess:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with version control and issue tracking tools (git, Jira)
  • Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn
  • A rigorous theory-driven approach combined with pragmatism
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and comfort with switching between independent and collaborative working
