About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Powered Access Engineer to join our team. As a Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of powered access equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing of powered access equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conducting necessary repairs to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose and operates efficiently.
  • Carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) work to ensure equipment meets quality standards.
  • Performing LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Visiting customer sites to attend to breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Powered Access, Plant, Material Handling, or HGV.
  • A passion for providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • An approachable demeanor and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • IPAF & CAP licenses (essential).
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent.
  • A full UK Driver's license.
  • Previous experience as a Powered Access Engineer is beneficial.
