Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and enhancement of assessment products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions, from gathering requirements to launch.
  • Evaluate and update assessment norms to ensure the validity and relevance of products.
  • Apply your deep understanding of psychometrics to contribute to the design and validation of assessment tools.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience within the consulting and human capital sectors.

  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills.
